Vitaly Denisov was born on February 6, 1974 in the village of Monakino of the Ussuriysk district of Primorsky Krai.

Education

In 1998 graduated from the Krasnoyarsk state medical academy.

Biography

2007-2012

From 2007 to 2010 headed Kezhemsky central district hospital.

In 2012 it was appointed the chief physician the Krasnoyarsk city clinic No. 14.

2018-2019

In 2018-2019 was the Minister of Health of Krasnoyarsk Krai. At this time in Krasnoyarsk Krai the scandal connected with inefficient purchase of drugs for exempts ran high. It turned out that the operator of the Provincial Drugstores program from the second quarter released medicines on credit while in warehouses the expiration date at other medicines which were purchased by the Ministry of Health expired. In 2020 it became clear that the cost of expired drugs was about 15 million rubles.

2020: Appointment as the head of Department of health care of Sevastopol

In the middle of November, 2020 Vitaly Denisov was appointed the head of Department of health care of Sevastopol. It was announced by the city governor Mikhail Razvozhayev during the hardware meeting with members of the government.

He resigned after in October, 2020 as a result of check the associate director Depzdrava Sevastopolya concerning informatization and state procurements Vladislav Nusinov and the director of Medical information and analytical center Sevastopolya Oleg Romensky were dismissed. Media mentioned that they were involved in corruption scandal, however details of this story are absent.[1]
