Was born on December 30, 1980 in Krasnoyarsk.

In 2002 graduated from department of history of the Krasnoyarsk state pedagogical university.

Labor activity of the beginnings during training at the university in February, 2002 in the trade-union organization of students of the Krasnoyarsk state pedagogical university.
