Divin Sergey Fedorovich is the CEO of Epam Systems since 2001.

Biography, career

Was born in 1972 in the city of Babruysk (Republic of Belarus), in 1990 finished Babruysk state mekhaniko-technology in "power supply". In 1993-1997 studied at the Belarusian institute of jurisprudence in "business right" on economics department. From 1998 to 2000 got additional education at the Belarusian institute of the public relations in the field of management in the field of public relations. In 1998 - 2002 got second higher education at the Belarusian state economic university in "the international economic relations".

Before arrival to EPAM Sergey Divin worked as the leading lawyer in financial credit institution, and then headed legal department of the holding company, dealing with issues of export-import transactions, the corporate and contract law. In 2000 came to Epam Systems, having headed legal department, and then and having become the CEO of the company.

Sergey Divin is the member of council of the scientific and technology association "Infopark" integrating more than 50 developer enterprises of information technologies in the territory of Belarus and heads committee on lawmaking activity of association. Has more than ten-year experience in the field of regulation of the foreign investments, the tax law, protection of the commercial information, copyright during creation of intellectual property items, including at software development in Russia and Belarus.
