In 1995 he graduated from Ryazan State Medical University named after Academician I.P. Pavlov with a degree in Medical Medicine
In 2003 he graduated from the Academy of Law and Management of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation with a degree in Jurisprudence.
Career
1996-2020
He worked as a coloproctologist at the Ryazan Design Bureau (1996-2002), head of the coloproctology department at the same hospital (2002-2017), and chief physician of the Regional Clinical Hospital in 2017-2020. At the same time, he taught at RyadGMU, where in 2013 he became a professor at the Department of Surgery and General Education with an endosurgery course. He was the head of this department, later - the head of the department of surgery, obstetrics and gynecology.
2020-2023
In 2020-2021, Khubezov was a deputy and first deputy speaker of the Ryazan Regional Duma.
September 19, 2021 was elected to the State Duma of the VIII convocation.
From October 12, 2021 to June 1, 2023 - Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Health Protection.
Khubezov returned from the special military operation zone in January 2023. Then the head Altai Republic Andrei Turchak said that the deputy was "demobilized," since he had run out of contract.
2024: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Health of the Altai Republic
In October 2024, Dmitry Khubezov was appointed Minister of Health of the Altai Republic. This was announced by the head of the region Andrei Turchak.
Turchak described Dmitry Khubezov as one of the "strongest managers in the country." He recalled that Khubezov resigned as head of the State Duma Committee and went to the zone of a special military operation, where he received the Order of Courage. In addition to the post of Minister of Health of the Altai Republic, Khubezov took the post of Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government.
Prior to the appointment of Khubezov to the post of deputy chairman of the government - head of the Ministry of Health of the Altai Republic, the resignation of Valery Elykomov was not officially announced.[1]
