Education

Dmitry Dovzhenko graduated in 1992 from Chelyabinsk State Technical University with a degree in Economics and Construction Organization, in 1996 - from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation (state and municipal administration).

Career

2011-2019

From 2011 to 2015 Member of the Supervisory Board of OJSC KZhSI (Housing Corporation of Chelyabinsk Region)

From 2012 to 2015 Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sverdlovsk Breeding Poultry Plant

From 2012 to 2014 Chairman of the Board of Directors of DEP 106 OJSC (road construction)

From 07.2006 to 02.2016 Manager of the Branch in Chelyabinsk, Open Joint Stock Company Bank "Northern Sea Route" (the short name of the branch is the Black Sea Fund of OJSC "SMP Bank").

In 2014-2019, he was a deputy of the Chelyabinsk City Council. Since 2018, he has been a public representative of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives in the Chelyabinsk Region.

2023: Appointment as General Director of the Polet Radio Plant

Dmitry Dovzhenko was appointed General Director of Chelyabinsk Radio Plant Polet JSC (part of the Roselectronics holding of the Rostec state corporation). The press service of the Chelyabinsk enterprise announced this on April 11, 2023.

According to Sergey Skorykh, director of the Vega concern (part of Rostec), who introduced Dmitry Dovzhenko, the main task set for him is to fulfill contractual obligations to customers, ensure stable development and production rates, and also preserve the team.

As noted by the press service of Polet, Dmitry Dovzhenko is one of the famous economists of the Chelyabinsk region.[1]

Awards

He was awarded the honorary title "Honored Economist of the Russian Federation," the presentation of an honorary diploma of the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region; Certificate of Honor of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region. Dovzhenko was also awarded the distinction "For Merit to the Chelyabinsk Region."
