Biography

2023: Appointment as CEO of Pharmstandard

On May 16, 2023, Dmitry Zaytsev became the new CEO of xxFarmstandart. In this post, he replaced Grigory Potapov, who, according to the press service of the company, decided to develop his career in another business direction. It is noted that Potapov resigned from the post of head of Pharmstandard JSC of his own free will.

Before heading Pharmstandard, Dmitry Zaytsev worked at the company as Deputy General Director for Intellectual Property. At different times, he was a member of the board of Pharmstandard JSC. The company explained that the appointment of Zaytseva instead of Potapov to the post of general director of Pharmstandard seeks to ensure full continuity and guarantee the continuity of operational processes and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Grigory Potapov headed Pharmstandard since June 2015. Previously, he worked at IFC Bank, Vice President and Deputy General Director for Investments of Norilsk Nickel, General Director of Intergeo Management Company, which unites the mining assets of Onexim Group Mikhail Prokhorov. He was also deputy general director of Microgen, where he worked for a year before joining Pharmstandard.

By May 2023, Pharmstandard Group of Companies unites Pharmstandard JSC and its subsidiaries engaged in the production of finished pharmaceutical products and pharmaceutical substances, medical devices and equipment, marketing and promotion, distribution of pharmaceutical products and medical equipment. The main production facilities of the company for the production of medicines are located in Kursk (OJSC Pharmstandard-Lexredstva), Ufa (OJSC Pharmstandard-UfaVITA), Tomsk (OJSC Pharmstandard-Tomskhimpharm), pos. Volginsky, Vladimir Region (CJSC Lecco).^[1]
