Dmitry Pronin was born in 1972 in Moscow.

Education

In 2006 he graduated from the Moscow Academy of Economics and Law.

In 2017, he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Career

1992-2004

From 1992-1994 - Commercial Director of Ural LLP.

From 1996-1997 - Deputy General Director of Avtokarolina CJSC.

From 1997-2004 - worked in various positions of CJSC New York Motors Moscow.

2004-2011

From 2004-2011 - Director for Corporate Sales of Avilon Automobile Group CJSC.

Since 2011 - Deputy General Director of Avilon Automobile Group CJSC,

2012

In December 2012, Dmitry Pronin was appointed deputy head of the Department of Transport and Road Transport Infrastructure Development in Moscow. In this position, he oversaw the activities of the department in the development of transport communications, taxi transportation, work on the purchase of vehicles for urban needs, federal services.

2023: Appointment of Deputy Head of the Moscow Department of Transport

The mayor Moscow Sergei Sobyanin appointed Dmitry Pronin as deputy head of the department transport and development of the road transport infrastructure of the capital. The decision was officially published on the website of the mayor's office in early September 2023.

Prior to this appointment, Pronin from May 2022 to June 2023 served as director of the Moskvich plant, and also worked for ten years in the transport complex of the capital in senior positions. At the end of June 2023, it was reported that the Moskvich plant appointed Mosher as the general director of the former top manager of KamAZ.[1]
