2012-2020

From open sources it is known that the full namesake of Larionov from 2012 to 2020 was the deputy director of the property management department - the head of the department of land and property relations and property disposal of PJSC Rosseti. In addition, he was a member of the board of directors of PJSC Rosseti Kuban. It is noted that Larionov is an experienced manager in the electric power industry.

2026: Appointment as CEO of the nationalized "STS Corporation"

At the end of January 2026, Dmitry Larionov was appointed to the post of general director of the nationalized STS Corporation. In this position, he replaced Nikolay Kazakov, who led the organization since 2008. In addition, Larionov headed the Siberia-Holding company, which was also withdrawn from the state.

In October 2025, the Leninsky District Court Yekaterinburg State Offices of Public Prosecutor Russia seized assets belonging to businessmen Artem Bikov and Alexei Bobrov. In particular, the STS Corporation was converted into state revenue. Later, the court decided to transfer to the authorities another part of the assets of entrepreneurs, including Sibir-Holding LLC. Nationalization is associated with corruption violations in the privatization of assets and their management.
