Biography
Oleg Borisovich Dobrodeyev (sort. On October 28, 1959, Moscow) — the Russian journalist and the media manager. Son of the screenwriter Boris Tikhonovich Dobrodeyev. The brother, Dmitry Dobrodeyev — the writer, lives in the Czech Republic.
Education
In 1981 graduated from department of history of Moscow State University majoring in "Modern and contemporary history of France" and the Academy of Sciences of the USSR became the research associate of Institute of the USA and Canada. In 1982 studied in a postgraduate study of Institute of the international labor movement.
Career on TV
- From 1983 to 1990 — the host of "120 minutes", the editor, the correspondent, the commentator of the Time program, the deputy chief editor of the Main edition of information of the Central Television (CT) of Gosteleradio of the USSR.
- In 1990 — the creator of the weekly program of TsT "Seven Days".
- From 1990 to September, 1991 — the director of a news program "Vesti".
- From September, 1991 to September, 1993 — the Chief Editor of News television agency of the Russian state broadcasting company "Ostankino".
One of founders of commercial NTV Broadcasting Company.
- Since September, 1993 — the Chief Editor of Service of news programs of NTV Broadcasting Company.
- From 1993 to 1997 — the vice president of NTV Broadcasting Company.
- Since July, 1996 — one of founders of NTV Plus Ltd.
- Since January, 1997 — one of founders of Media-Most Ltd.
- From December, 1997 to January, 2000 — the CEO of JSC NTV Broadcasting Company.
- On January 31, 2000 it is appointed the chairman of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Uniform Technological Complex "Vserossiyskaya gosudarstvennaya televizionnaya i radioveshchatelnaya kompaniya" (VGTRK).
- Since February, 2000 — the chairman of the board at the chairman of VGTRK.
- Since April 13, 2000 — the Chief Editor of the Joint editorial office of electronic mass media Russia TV channel and "The state TV company "Vesti"".
- In connection with replacement of the leadership of NTV on April 14, 2001 resigned from a post of the chairman of VGTRK which was not accepted by the Russian President V.V. Putin.
