Elena Dobrokhotova works in the field of marketing of the IT and telecom companies more than 20 years. Has degree of MBA (London Metropolitan University). In 2003-2011 worked in Capital branch of MegaFon, began the business planning specialist, and left the company as the head of marketing of B2C-and B2B-segments. From 2011 to 2017 directed marketing divisions in "Yandex", was engaged in marketing of key services, among projects — start of "the Navigator's Yandex" and "Browser Yandex".
In February, 2017 Elena Dobrokhotova is appointed the marketing director of Rostelecom. She is engaged in development and implementation of the marketing strategy providing the companies customer acquisition on new and traditional services and services.
