Education
Elena Drobot has two higher education: in 2001 she graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a degree in Mathematical Analysis, and in 2006 - from the Department of Management of the Organization of the State University of Management with a degree in Financial Management.
Career
From 2001 to 2007, she held senior positions in the capital's branch MegaFon"," in Pechatnik M LLC and. HKF Bank
In 2007, she came to work at Tinkoff Bank.
In 2013, she became Deputy Director for Customer Service at Tinkoff Bank. She was engaged in the creation from scratch of a high-tech contact center of the bank, as well as digital projects - the development of web interfaces, automation of business processes of sales and service, the launch of customer service through new channels (social networks, chat), the introduction of biometric (voice) analytics to control the quality of customer service and several others.

2019: Director General of Rostelecom Contact Center
In July 2019, Elena Drobot was appointed General Director of Rostelecom Contact Center (Moscow Center for New Technologies and Telecommunications), a 100% subsidiary of Rostelecom. In this position, she replaced Andrei Petrov, who led the company since 2004 and left her post to pursue her own projects.
Elena Drobot will combine this position with the current position of director for client service of the mass segment of Rostelecom. According to the telecom company, over the past two years, Elena has improved the quality of the work of a single distributed contact center, made a significant contribution to the development of digital communication channels, a single payment receiving system and the Rostelecom customer loyalty program.
As general director, Elena Drobot is responsible for the implementation of the strategic tasks and projects of Rostelecom Contact Center. As of July 2019, the company has more than 20 operator sites throughout Russia. Among the clients of Rostelecom Contact Center are domestic and foreign enterprises operating in all segments of the market.
2022: Resignation from the post of General Director of Rostelecom Contact Center
Sergey Shishmarev was appointed General Director of Rostelecom Contact Center (JSC Moscow Center for New Telecommunications Technologies - 100% subsidiary of Rostelecom PJSC). He replaced Elena Drobot, who will continue her career outside the company. Rostelecom announced this on January 18, 2022.
