Thrushes Sergey Alekseyevich

Was born in 1970 in Arkhangelsk.

In 1993 graduated from the State Academy of Management (SAM) of S. Ordzhonikidze, has degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences. In 1994-95 headed management of financial innovations and marketing of Fund of property of Moscow.

Mr. Drozdov works in AFK "Sistema" since 1995. In 1995-98 he directed development department and investments of Corporation, in 1998-2002 was the vice president, the acting president, the senior vice president of JSC Sistema-Invest. Since May, 2002 Mr. Drozdov was appointed the acting as the senior vice president — the Head of Department of corporate property of Corporation. In September, 2002 Mr. Drozdov is appointed the Director and the Senior vice president of AFK "Sistema", the head of a property complex.

Sergey Drozdov occupies some other executive positions in the companies of Corporation, including: The chairman of the board of directors of Toy Store group, JSC Reestr, JSC The Toy Store — the Center and also is a member of Boards of Directors of JSC Sistema-Gals, Sistemny proyekt Ltd, JSC Sistema-Invest and Medsi Group Ltd.

2010: Conflict with the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow

As found out Marker.ru, at home, which upon the demand of the Prefecture of the North-Western Administrative District of Moscow took down on August 12, 2010 in Silver Bor, to the address Tamanskaya St., 1 the companies of Sergey Drozdov, the senior vice president and the head of a property complex of AFK "Sistema" belonged. It controls (according to SPARK) Usadba D. V. D. Ltd, according to the authorities, illegally received property of Atlant sports club. AFK "Sistema" confirmed to Marker that the management is aware of current situation, having noted that it is not the only dispute with the Prefecture of North-Western Administrative District concerning corporation.

The destroyed constructions were built in 2005-2007. Three years ago within the campaign for fight against unauthorized construction in the territory of Moscow the authorities filed a lawsuit against the owner. Originally at home belonged to Atlant sports club (this public organization did not own by any sports constructions and did not hold competitions), but then it assigned the rights of Usadba D. V. D. Ltd.

Change of the owner delayed judicial proceedings which terminated only at the beginning of 2010. The arbitration court of the capital recognized all five buildings the unauthorized constructions which are subject to demolition. On this basis the Prefecture of North-Western Administrative District held open auction and concluded the government contract on execution of works on destruction of buildings. Cottages were demolished without delay.

It is not the only lawsuit connected with AFK "Sistema" in Silver Bor. The Prefecture of North-Western Administrative District has legal proceedings also with Mosdachtrest of 58% — at AFK "Sistema", 34% — at the Government of Moscow about demolition are about 12 buildings. As told Marker in AFK "Sistema", the court already rejected their appeal, having finally recognized illegality of construction. Now the company disputes court's decision on need of housebreaking. The appeal will be considered at the end of September, 2010.
