Biography

Education

Boris Dubov graduated from Faculty of Economics and Management of Moscow Technical University of Informatics and Communications.

Career

Before accession to Xerox company he at different times directed department of information technologies of Savva group and held a post of the sales director and to service maintenance in Linko Group company.

Boris Dubov began to work in Xerox company in 2006 at a position of the head on business development where was responsible for product and channel marketing and also for enrollment, adaptation and training of specialists in sales.

Since 2009 directed regional office in Latvia, the zone of its responsibility included development of all directions of business in the countries of the Baltics.

In 2012 headed department on work with personnel of Xerox Eurasia.

In 2016 headed department on transactions in the CIS countries and department on to marketing Xerox Eurasia.

In May, 2018 Boris Dubov is appointed to the position of the director of the department of partner transactions of Xerox Russia (the small office equipment and the polygraphic equipment). Boris Dubov got to work at a new position since May 14, 2018. Russia is included interaction with the partner companies of Xerox in the territory of Russia into the area of responsibility of department of partner transactions of Xerox, including sales associates and to service.

In July, 2019 headed the department of distribution of supplies which opened again in Xerox company Eurasia. The department of distribution of supplies is urged to strengthen positions of the company in the corresponding market. The division includes marketing departments of supplies and partner outsourcing of printing and also departments of partner service in Russia and the CIS countries. Boris Dubov entered a position on July 1, 2019. He is responsible for increase in sales of supplies through the existing and perspective sales channels, development of value proposition in a segment and optimization of a marketing mix for partners and final customers.
