Biography

1958-2024

It is known from open sources that Dudchak was born on April 1, 1958. In 1981 he graduated from Chernivtsi State University. He began his career at the Azov Optical and Mechanical Plant, where he went from a young specialist to general director. He worked as First Deputy Mayor of the city of Azov, Rostov Region, General Director of Iskra Engineering Design Bureau JSC (Moscow) and Head of Dagdizel Plant JSC (Kaspiysk). He has a doctorate in economics.

2025: Appointment as CEO of NPO Iskra

On October 20, 2025, Vladimir Dudchak was appointed to the post of general director of one of the largest Russian engineering enterprises of NPO Iskra. In this position, he replaced Sergei Yurasov, who led the enterprise since December 2020.

The former general director of the NGO Iskra, Sergei Yurasov, resigned from his post ahead of schedule due to a personal statement. According to the Kommersant newspaper, the company's board of directors agreed on a new five-year contract with him a month before his dismissal. After leaving NPO Iskra, Yurasov headed the Perm JSC Reducer-PM, which is engaged in the production of gearboxes and transmissions for helicopters.

NPO Iskra is the successor to SKB-172 (later KBMash). The company is engaged in the design and production of equipment for the fuel and energy complex. These are gas pumping units, gas turbine power plants, compressor equipment, equipment for oil and gas production enterprises and pumping plants. The company's website says that it has a modern production and experimental base, as well as a staff of highly qualified specialists capable of solving complex problems for the development, manufacture and supply of high-tech science-intensive products.[1]
