Biography

Eduard Sheremettsev graduated from Rylsky Aviation Technical College in 1999 with a degree in computers, complexes, systems and networks, in 2006 from Belgorod State Technological University V.G. Shukhova with a degree in Construction and Technology.

From 2010 to 2017, he worked at IDGC of Center as the head of the development and operation department of the ASDU of the Department of Corporate and Technological Automated Control Systems.

In 2017-2019 served as Head of the Department of ASDU and Communications of the Department of Corporate and Technological Automated Control Systems, in 2019 - Deputy Director of the Digital Transformation Department of Rosseti.

From 2019 to 2021, he served as Deputy Director of the Information Technology and Digital Development Department of RusHydro.

On March 10, 2021, Eduard Sheremettsev was appointed Director of the Department of Project Activities and Digital Technologies Ministry of Energy. The order of appointment was signed by the Minister of Energy Nikolai Shulginov.

The key objective of the projects is a common direction for all sectors of the fuel and energy complex to create conditions for the development and development of digital services and solutions. Within its framework, it is planned to build a system for managing, coordinating and monitoring the digital transformation of the fuel and energy complex of Russia, as well as create conditions for the development and development of digital services and solutions in a single information environment, and, above all, ensuring the digitalization of public administration and control and supervisory activities in the fuel and energy complex industries.[3]
