2025: Appointment as the head of the Ministry of Health of the Kherson region

January 17, 2025 announced the appointment of Elena Borchaninova to the post of Minister of Health of the Kherson region. Prior to that, she worked in the department as a deputy head.

Borchaninova headed the Ministry of Health of the Kherson region instead of Artysh Sat. On behalf of the Governor of the Kherson Region Vladimir Brits, Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government Sergei Cherevko presented Sata with the Order of Merit for the Kherson Region, second degree.

Artysh Sat arrived at us more than two years ago to strengthen the personnel. Prior to that, he worked in the health care system of the Russian Federation and firsthand knew and understood many nuances, so he made decisions faster than those specialists who need to adapt. Artysh Mikhailovich adequately fulfilled his managerial and administrative mission, - Cherevko's words are quoted in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Health of the Kherson region.

As Sergey Cherevko noted, Elena Borchaninova as the First Deputy Minister of Health of the Kherson region proved herself to be a reliable and very responsible, professional employee.

The baton is further taken by my First Deputy as Minister of Health of the Kherson region. I have full confidence in her. All the developments and plans of the department were developed jointly, everything was built and now the health care system of the region will develop rapidly, - said Artysh Sat.

According to Sergei Cherevko, Elena Borchaninov has the will, perseverance, tolerance that is necessary as Minister of Health of the Kherson region.

Elena Borchaninova, before moving to Kherson, was the director of the Center for Ensuring the Activities of the Komi Ministry of Health. Then she worked as First Deputy Minister of Health of the Zaporizhzhya Region.^[1]
