2025: Appointment as General Director of the Moscow Art Theater named after Gorky
Elena Bulukova, Master of the Production Department of the Russian Institute of Theater Arts (GITIS), has been appointed General Director of the Maxim Gorky Moscow Art Theater. This was reported in October 2025 by the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. Elena Bulukova is a laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in the field of culture.
