In 2005, Elena Nikonova graduated from Novosibirsk State University with a degree in Management.

2005: Work at Ernst & Young

She began her career at Ernst & Young, where she held various positions in the audit department from 2005 to 2010.

2010: Coming to Qiwi

Elena joined Qiwi in 2010 as Deputy Head of Financial Reporting.

2019: Qiwi Deputy Chief Financial Officer

In 2019, Elelna was appointed Qiwi's deputy chief financial officer for reporting.

2024: Qiwi plc CFO

Qiwi plc, a provider of financial technology and digital marketing services, appointed Alexey Maschenkov to the position of Director on the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, and Elena Nikonova to the position of CFO.
