Biography

Born in 1984 in the city of Moscow.

In 2006, she graduated with honors from the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Finance and Credit.

In 2016, she graduated from the Senior Management Program to improve the efficiency of business processes at Columbia University.

In 2017, she received international qualifications in corporate governance, risk and compliance from the University of Manchester.

In 2019, a professional development program in the field of personal data protection (GDPR) was held at the Center for Entrepreneurial Risks.

Since 2006, she worked as an auditor at Ernst & Young, since 2008 she has been responsible for consulting projects at Ernst & Young (CIS) B.V.

From 2012 to 2020, she worked in senior positions at TNK-BP Management and NK Rosneft, in particular, she was deputy director of the informatization department, and led the Rosneft IT development program.

In June 2020, she was appointed adviser to the head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr).

By order of the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation dated July 14, 2020 No. 1822-r, she was appointed deputy head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr). Oversees the digitalization of the department.
