Education

In 2003 he graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Electronic Technology with a degree in Microelectronics and Semiconductor Devices, in 2018 - the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation.

Career

2008-2012

In 2008-2009, he served as General Director of the Institute of Computer Systems Software (MACROSOFT).

In 2009-2011, he worked as a corporate governance specialist, head of the department of corporate procedures and innovative development, deputy general director for strategy and innovative development of the Radiopribor Concern.

In 2011-2012, he was the head of the strategic planning service of the Aviapriborostroenie Concern.

2012-2014

In 2012-2014, he served as head of the department of federal target programs, head of the department of strategic planning and development programs of the Radioelectronic Technologies Concern.

In 2014, he was appointed Deputy General Director for Strategic Development and Innovation of Russian Space Systems.

2022: Appointment as CEO of the company "Information Satellite Systems" named after Academician M.F. Reshetnev

On July 5, 2022, it was announced that Yevgeny Nesterov was appointed the new general director of the Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems company (among other things, he is engaged in the production of GLONASS satellites) instead of Nikolai Testoedov, who moved to the position of general designer of the Roscosmos enterprise.
