Biography

Evgeny Lachkov was born in 1961. He graduated with honors from the Moscow Institute of Railway Engineers (1979-1984).

From 1991 to 1993 he worked at the Beskudnikovsky Plant of Building Materials in Moscow as a software engineer. For two years he created an automation department at the plant, which he later headed. The department's program of equipping the plant with computer equipment and creating specialized software allowed the plant to abandon the relevant services of third-party organizations, which significantly reduced the production time and reduced costs.

From 1993 to 1994 he worked for Integronic, and then Complink, a computer equipment sales manager.

Since 1994 he worked at Landata. From the day the company was founded until 2000, Evgeny Lachkov, who has extensive experience in the field of information technology, was the commercial director of the company. His responsibilities included ensuring the work of the company's distribution area, working with partners and Russian representative offices of computer equipment manufacturers, as well as logistics and sales issues.

From 2000 to 2009, Evgeny Lachkov served as CEO of Landata. Under his leadership, the company became a distributor of high-quality network and telecommunications, computer, peripheral and instrumentation equipment and became one of the ten largest distributors of the modern IT market.

Since 2008, Evgeny Lachkov has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Systematics Group of Companies, which includes Landata.

Since 2009 - Senior Vice President of the Systematics Group of Companies, oversees the sales management unit.

2021

Lawsuit against the head of the NCC Alexander Kalinin

On May 13, 2021, it became known about the transition of the conflict of shareholders of the National Computer Corporation (NCC) to the judicial plane. In October 2021, the owners of the National Computer Corporation Yevgeny Lachkov and Leonid Goldenberg filed a lawsuit against Alexander Kalinin for 953 million rubles. In their opinion, Kalinin, on behalf of NCC, voted at a meeting of Aquarus members for changes that deprived the company of corporate control over the LLC. The amount of the claim is the plaintiffs' assessment of the reduction in the cost of NCC as a result of these actions.

2025: Withdrawal from the NCC co-owners

As it became known to TAdviser, on July 10, the penultimate founder Yevgeny Lachkov left the founders of the National Computer Corporation (NCC). Since May 2022, he remained a share of 10%, which he lost to the majority shareholder Denis Frolov (aka the majority shareholder of the Astra group), whose share in this regard was increased from 80% to 90%.
