Career

2004-2013

From 2004 to 2007, he worked as a senior consultant at the international audit and consulting corporation Pricewaterhouse Coopers in the department of mechanical engineering, metallurgy and the chemical industry, in 2007-2008. headed the business development department of the investment company InvestMir.

In 2008, he joined the consulting corporation KPMG in the department of audit of consumer sector companies as an audit manager. In 2011-2013, he served as CFO for Russia and the CIS at the Russian office of the German manufacturer of professional kitchen equipment Rational GmbH. Evgeny Barinov joined Nanolek in September 2013, at various times he served as a member of the board and deputy general director for finance and digital technologies.

2025: Appointment as CEO of Nanolek

Since January 23, 2025, Evgeny Barinov, who has been working at the company since 2013, has become the new CEO of the Nanolek biopharmaceutical holding. He replaced Vladimir Nesterenko, who led the group since 2023.

According to the press service of the company, in Nanolek, Evgeny Barinov was directly involved in the formation of the company as a leader in the production of pediatric vaccines, holding at different times the positions of a member of the board and deputy general director for finance and digital technologies. For his contribution to the development of the biopharmaceutical industry, Evgeny Barinov received a letter of thanks from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the company noted.

They added that personnel changes are part of the company's strategy, focused on significantly strengthening market positions and intensive development in line with the state policy of technological sovereignty.^[1]
