2024: Appointment as CEO of Mostotrest
At the end of September 2024, Evgeny Chibyshev headed Mostotrest, a company that builds bridges. In this position, he replaced Alexander Skorochkin.
The decision to change the general director of Mostotrest was made at a meeting of the council on September 25, 2024. The new group leader was elected for two years - until October 2026. Skorochkin headed Mostotrest since August 2023, before that he served as financial director of the company.
Seven members of the board of directors took part in the voting for the appointment of a new general director. Five voted in favor, one against and another abstained, follows from the message of PJSC Mostotrest on the website of the Center for Corporate Information Disclosure.
As Interfax notes on September 26, 2024, Chibyshev is the current general director of Nizhneangarsktransstroy LLC (NATS). This company, by order of the government, was determined by the only contractor for the overhaul of the Crimean bridge after the explosion of a truck passing through it (the incident occurred on October 8, 2022). By decision of the council, Chibyshev is allowed to combine the positions of general director at Mostotrest and NATS.
Mostotrest operates in the infrastructure construction market. By September 2024, the company, among other things, is developing two large infrastructure government contracts for Crimean facilities: to expand the Vladislavovka-Seven Kolodezey railway section for 16.2 billion rubles and to build a railway bypass of the Inkerman St. Klimentovsky Monastery in Crimea for 15.9 billion rubles. According to Rusprofile, Mostotrest's largest customer is the Moscow Road and Bridge Construction Department.[1]
