2022: Appointment to the post of Chairman of the Committee for Digital Development and Communications of the Kursk Region
On August 22, 2022, it was announced the change of the head of the digital development and communications committee of the administration of the Kursk region. The place of Alexander Zotov was taken by Evgeny Medvedev, who had previously been the deputy chairman of the committee.
The governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, wrote about Zotov's departure in his Telegram channel.
I wish Alexander Yuryevich good luck in the new place and thank you for your service!, - he said. |
It is noted that Zotov resigned as chairman of the digital development and communications committee of the Kursk region administration of his own free will. His new job is not named.
There is little information about Evgeny Medvedev in open sources. The website of the digital development and communications committee of the administration of the Kursk region only indicates that he is a valid state adviser to the Kursk region of the 3rd grade.
The change in the head of the digital development and communications committee of the administration of the Kursk region took place against the background of how the region continues to implement the regional strategy for the digital transformation of sectors of the economy, social sphere and public administration.
In addition to mandatory (approved by the Ministry of Digital Industry of the Russian Federation), the Kursk region included 9 additional industries in the regional strategy: industry, energy infrastructure, physical culture and sports, agriculture, economics and finance, construction, security, culture, ecology and environmental management.
Until 2024, more than 80 projects across all industries will be implemented in the region; most of all in the field of public administration - 17, in education - 13.
The working group, created under the interdepartmental council for digital development, includes deputy heads of executive bodies appointed by those responsible for digital transformation in the industry. It is headed by the Deputy Governor of the Kursk Region Oksana Krutko, coordinates the work on the digital transformation of the region by the regional committee for digital development and communications.[1]
