Zotov Alexander Yuryevich

Biography

Alexander Zotov was born in the Volgograd region. He graduated from Volgograd State Technical University in the specialties "Launch and technical complexes of rockets and spacecraft, CAD complexes" and "Computing machines, complexes, systems and networks." He also graduated from the law faculty of the Russian University of Cooperation, underwent retraining under the program "State Municipal Administration" at the RANEPA under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2021, he completes his studies at the School of Business and International Competencies of MGIMO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and MIPT under the MBA program "Digital Economy."

In 2007, he began working at the Volgograd City Information Center as a leading specialist. Then there he took the position of head of the information systems support service, in which he worked until 2011.

In 2011-2016 worked as head of support for municipal information systems at the Volgograd City Information Center.

Since 2016, Alexander Zotov has served as head of programs of the project management department "Budget and Financial Technologies."

2021

Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Digital Development and Communications of the Kursk Region

February 26, 2021 was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Digital Development and Communications of the Kursk Region.

On March 2, 2021, the Administration of the Kursk Region announced that Alexander Zotov took the post of acting Chairman of the Committee for Digital Development and Communications of the Kursk Region.

The former head of the committee, Viktor Verevkin, was relieved of his post of his own free will in January 2021.

From August 24, 2021 - Chairman of the Committee for Digital Development and Communications of the Kursk Region^[1].
