Education

Career

In 2001, he joined the state civil service in the administration of the Tomsk region, having gone from the chief specialist of the department for the development of information technologies and information resources of the informatization committee of the department of economics and investments to the deputy head of the department of digital transformation.

At the end of April 2022, Yevgeny Deikin was appointed the new head of the digital transformation department of the administration of the Tomsk region. He replaced Andrei Maksimenko, who moved to St. Petersburg to head the information and analytical center of the local government.
