• Was engaged in preparation of the contract in foreign trade on construction by the Italian company IPA International Group of the plant on production of construction materials.
• Structured the transaction with the foreign participant in the course of acquisition by GAZ group and one of the largest producers of automotive components in the world, the Canadian company Magna, the plant on production of autocomponents in Nizhny Novgorod.
• Achieved prohibition of use of the Polar bear trademark of Prodinko product company on packagings of nuts and collecting compensation.
• Achieved damages recovery in the amount of 4.8 million rubles for illegal use of patents for the equipment for oil wells.
• Achieved decrease in claim requirements of the large producer and to the supplier of Evrobitum oil products in the case of protection of the rights of the buyer from 36 million to 1.5 million rubles in court of cassation instance.
