Career

1992-2019

Vladimir Filiptsev began in 1992 in the sales department of Coca-Cola, then worked at Rustam Tariko's Rust Group of Companies, which produces Russian Standard vodka. He came to the company twice - in 1998-2002 and from 2011 to 2014.

After leaving Rust Group of Companies in 2014, Filiptsev explained the decision by "a desire to try himself in another business." In 2014-2017, he headed JSC Zhirovaya Kombinat, part of Vadim Moshkovich's Rusagro group. Since July 2019, he headed LLC UK Vinoteki Simpson Wine. "

2025: Appointment as CEO of Dymov Group of Companies

GC "Dymov," one of the leading manufacturers of sausages in Russia, appointed Vladimir Filiptsev to the post of general director. The new top manager replaced Albert Khayretdinov, who held the post since November 2023, and took up duties on August 18, 2025.

According to Ward Howell consultant Semyon Cherkasov, large companies in the food segment rarely change top managers. In a conversation with Kommersant, he noted that the income of the head of the level of the general director of the meat processing holding can be 2 − 2.5 million rubles. per month, not counting bonuses that depend on the implementation of KPI.

Semyon Cherkasov says that one of the key points of Dymov's strategy has always been the profitability of the business.

Perhaps the new leader was invited for new, larger goals, he argues.

But inviting a top manager from another area is a risky step, according to a newspaper source in the agricultural market. According to him, by August 2025, production in the Dymov Group of Companies is 100% loaded and the company is thinking about expanding its business, but due to the high cost of money, this may not be easy.[1]
