Biography

Was born on March 22, 1959 in Maili-Sai the Osh region of the Kyrgyz SSR.

1982

CHGMI

In 1982 graduated from the Chita state medical institute (for January, 2020 - the Chita state medical academy) in "medical case".

LSGMI

In 1982 - 1985 studied at the Leningrad sanitary and hygienic medical institute (since 2011 - the Northwest state medical university of I.I. Mechnikov) in full-time postgraduate study in "social hygiene and the organization of health care".

Work in ChGMA

After the end of training worked as the head of the department of social hygiene and the organization of health care of the Chita state medical academy.

2002: Ministry of Health and Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation

Since 2002 worked at executive positions of central office of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (till 2004) and the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation (on May 21, 2012 it is separated into the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation).

2010: Accounts Chamber of the Russian federation

Since 2010 worked as the chief adviser, the chief inspector of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.

2012: Russian Ministry of Health

Since August 27, 2012. By the order of the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation it is appointed to a position of federal public civil service of the assistant to the federal minister.
