Instead of Gayev the head's position Sitronics ST was held by Alexander Volkov. He was born in 1966, in 1990 graduated from faculty of the International economic relations of MGIMO majoring in "the international economic relations economist". Till 2011 held a position of the deputy director general of Institute of a research of issues of the international integration where was engaged in financing and management of commercial projects in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. As the consultant in the field of radio technologies cooperated with many large Russian companies.

Vladimir Gayev is a son of Dmitry Gayev, the former chief of Moscow Metro. Heading underground transport structure since 1995, that resigned with a formulation "at own will" in February, 2011 after the State Office of Public Prosecutor during check revealed violations from its party.
