Vladimir Gayev, the son of the former chief of the Moscow Metro which left after check of the State Office of Public Prosecutor left the CEO's position Sitronics ST, CNews reports. Formally, as well as the father – at own will, but actually he was forced to leave, tells the source familiar with a situation. Volkov Alexander Vasilyevich became the new CEO of the company.

As CNews knew, Vladimir Gayev heading Sitronics Smart Technologies since 2006 left the post. Told the edition a source about it in IT market, and confirmed in Sitronics.

According to the first source, formally Gayev left at own will though actually it to it was forced. At the same time the former CEO for the last years of the management of the company implemented all budgets and plans, the interlocutor of CNews adds. The second source approximate to Sitronics tells that Gayev asked to leave a position because he "insufficiently actively mastered new niches in the markets where smart technologies are used".

Instead of Gayev the head's position Sitronics ST was held by Alexander Volkov. He was born in 1966, in 1990 graduated from faculty of the International economic relations of MGIMO majoring in "the international economic relations economist". Till 2011 held a position of the deputy director general of Institute of a research of issues of the international integration where was engaged in financing and management of commercial projects in the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. As the consultant in the field of radio technologies cooperated with many large Russian companies.

Vladimir Gayev is a son of Dmitry Gayev, the former chief of Moscow Metro. Heading underground transport structure since 1995, that resigned with a formulation "at own will" in February, 2011 after the State Office of Public Prosecutor during check revealed violations from its party. According to department, for the last 10 years Gayev illegally gained income in the amount of 112 million rubles from the enterprise headed by it.

According to in the companies, Board of Directors Sitronics ST on Monday also changed. The vice president of Sitronics Boris Wolpe became its chairman, and Vladimir Gayev left council. Changes in the management in the company connect with desire to strengthen market positions Sitronics ST.

Earlier Gayev's father did not get into the new structure of Board of Directors of Sitronics, was reported according to the results of recent annual meeting of the company. For the first time Guy Sr. joined the board the companies in 2006.
