Biography
In 1953 Alexander Gorodetsky graduated from the Kiev construction technical school of railway transport, and in 1955 — the Kiev construction institute. After the termination of institute Ukrproyektstalkonstruktion (1955 — 1961) - the engineer, the chief project engineer and in KIYEVZNIIEP (1961 — 1976) — the head of the laboratory of ADP equipment worked at design institutes ".
Doctor of science. At Alexander Sergeyevich more than 100 published articles and monographs. Theses and all publications are devoted to numerical methods of construction mechanics, their implementation on computers, to computer technologies of design.
Since 1976 Alexander Sergeyevich Gorodetsky works in scientific research institute of automated systems in construction (NIIASS) at a position of the associate director on scientific work.
Achievements
In 1983 was entitled the winner of the State award of Ukraine in science and technology for a cycle of works on automation of construction design in Ukraine
