Biography

Was born on October 3, 1983 in Irkutsk of the Irkutsk region.

2003: GKB No. 1 of Irkutsk

In 2003 - 2005 worked as the nurse of department of maxillofacial surgery of GKB No. 1 of Irkutsk.

2005: IGMU

In 2005 with honors graduated from the Irkutsk state medical university.

In 2005 - 2007 taught in IGMU, directed Representative office of the university in Mongolia.

2006: ATISO

In 2006 with honors graduated from law department of Academy of work and the social relations.

2007: Russian Ministry of Health

In 2007 - 2011 substituted in the Ministry of Health of a position of the leading specialist expert, chief specialist expert, consultant, deputy chief, head of department of special questions of the medical right of Legal department.

In 2011 - 2012 was an associate director of department of the innovation policy and science of the Russian Ministry of Health - supervised the international and legal issues of the innovative development.

In June, 2012 at the same time held positions of the associate director of department of the international cooperation and public relations of the Russian Ministry of Health and the press secretary of the Ministry.

In July, 2015 became the director of the department of a public health and communications of the Russian Ministry of Health.

On March 12, 2018 health care Russia^[1] was appointed the deputy minister].

In 2010 with honors graduated from Diplomatic academy MFA of Russia.

2011: MGIMO

In 2011 got degree of the master of the European law in MGIMO (U) the MFA of Russia.
