Since August 13, 2018 Oksana Guskova held a position of COO (Chief Operations Officer) in the united company Svyaznoy|Euroset.

On a position of COO Svyaznoy|Euroset before Oksana Guskova there were problems of business process management of the company, the organization of large-scale integration of inner patterns and divisions.

The company should implement a set of changes according to development strategies. Oksana should make so that technology equipment of our processes corresponded to digital reality of mixing of a virtual and material world — the CEO of Svyaznoy Ievrosset consolidated company Alexander Malis commented on appointment.

Senior vice president "Svyaznoy|Euroset"

Since October 10, 2018 Guskova held a position of the senior vice president of the united company Svyaznoy|Euroset. In this position she was engaged in the commercial block of the company and management of operating activities.

Consolidation of two largest players in the segment of Svyaznoy and Euroset is the process requiring gain both in the commercial area of work and in operational. In a new position I will be focused on improvement of business processes of the company, development and implementation of new projects, opening of new niches of business, - Oksana Guskova noted.

2019: CEO of the Svyaznoy Group

On May 28, 2019 the Svyaznoy Group announced a successful completion of integration of retail networks "Svyaznoy" and "Euroset". As a result of merger of companies uniform IT infrastructure is created, transition to a single logistics system is performed, merge of legal entities of operating companies is made. Emergence in the Russian market of the large player with a huge potential of growth became a result of integration.

Oksana Guskova since June 1, 2019 is appointed the CEO of the Svyaznoy group. Alexander Malis who was earlier taking this position left a position.

The last half a year Oksana Guskova was going to hold the CEO's post, entering a course of all processes of the company and specifics of business.
