Biography

Alena Heckler was born on July 10, 1978.

She graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics with a degree in international marketing.

In 2007, Heckler ran ITV, and before that she was vice president of marketing for Columbus IT.

She worked as an adviser to the President of Microsoft in Russia Nikolai Pryanishnikov. In July 2012, Alena Heckler headed Microsoft Business Solutions in Russia and joined the company's board of directors.

September 1, 2012 moved to the position of Director of the Department for the Promotion of Microsoft Business Solutions in Russia. The key tasks of Alena in this position were to develop the Department of Business Solutions and the partner channel Microsoft Business Solutions in Russia, as well as to increase Microsoft's market share in the ERP and CRM systems market.
