Biography
Was born on March 6, 1962 in Kommunarsk.
From 1979 to 2000 served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Specialty – a radio communication, qualification – the radio engineer. Author (coauthor) of a number of publications and scientific works.
From 2000 to 2002 was the technical director of representation in the CIS of Westel Group Limited company (Australia).
From 2003 to 2005 directed division of information security in JSC Norilsk Nickel MMC company
From 2005 to 2008 worked in ISG company at positions of the head of risk analysis, the director of the department of system architecture.
Since August, 2008 worked in central office of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.
For July, 2012 - the director of the department of creation and development of Information society (for January, 2020 the department is abolished) the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation.
