Biography
Igor Nikolaevich Dibtsev was born in 1970 in Voronezh.
In 1994 he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Management named after Ordzhonikidze with a degree in Economics and Production Management.

From 2006 to 2008, he worked as project director of the Renova Group of Companies.
