Career
2015-2023
In 2006, Ilya Mishanin began working in the Penza branch of FSUE Radio Frequency Center of the Volga Federal District. Subsequently, he began to lead the department in the Penza region in this branch.
2024: Appointment as Head of the Ministry of Ministry of Digital Development of the Penza Region
November 20, 2024 announced the appointment of Ilya Mishanin as the new head of the Ministry of Digital Development and Communications of the Penza Region. He succeeded Elena Nikishina, who returned to her duties as deputy minister. She began to coordinate the work of the department after the previous head Sergei Balakin was relieved of his post by agreement of the parties and appointed acting head of the Penza region.
It is assumed that Ilya Mishanin will implement a strategy for the digital transformation of sectors of the economy, social sphere and public administration of the Penza region. This initiative is valid until the end of December 2024.
According to the document, the tasks of the digital transformation of the Penza region are:
- achieving "digital maturity" of key sectors of the economy and social sphere;
- increasing the share of state and municipal services in electronic form;
- digitalization of control and supervisory activities;
- optimization of budget spending.[1]
