Biography

Born January 25, 1985

In 2001 he graduated from the Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky (May 12, 2011 became part of the Ural Federal University) with a degree in Regional Studies.

In 2005 he graduated from the Faculty of International Relations of the Ural State University named after A.M. Gorky. He received the specialty "Bachelor of International Relations."

For three years he studied at the graduate school of the Ural State University of Economics.

2002: Commencement of Employment

He began his career in 2002 as a student. Until 2004, he was an assistant to the deputy - chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget, Finance and Taxes of the Regional Duma of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region.

2004: Design Center

From 2004 to 2008, he worked as a specialist at the Center for Design Solutions LLC.

2006: Deputy Director General of the Center for Design Solutions on Legal Issues

2009: Deputy of the Duma of the Nizhneserginsky urban settlement

On October 11, 2009 he was elected to the Duma of the Nizhneserginsky urban settlement, headed the Committee on Legislation and Local Self-Government.

2010: Member of the Election Commission of the Sverdlovsk Region

In 2010, by a resolution of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, he was appointed a member of the Election Commission of the Sverdlovsk Region with the right to a decisive vote (until June 2011). With the participation of Ionin, the public program "Fair Housing and Communal Services" was created. Since 2010, he took the post of co-chairman of the Council of the public organization "For Fair Housing and Communal Services."

2011: Member of the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region

December 4, 2011 was elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region of the VI convocation as part of the Just Russia faction.

In 2013, he took the post of Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Infrastructure Development and Housing Policy in the regional Legislative Assembly.

In the September 18, 2016 elections, he was again elected to the Legislative Assembly of the Sverdlovsk Region of the VII convocation from Fair Russia, becoming Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Infrastructure Development and Housing Policy.

2017

Fund for assistance to overhaul of common property in apartment buildings

In March 2017, the Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region Yevgeny Kuyvashev approved the Composition of the Council of the Regional Fund for Assistance to the Overhaul of Common Property in Apartment Buildings (MKD). The council included: Chairman of the Regional Legislative Assembly Committee on Infrastructure Development and Housing Policy Valentin Lappo, his deputy in parliament Dmitry Ionin.

3rd place in the election of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region

On July 31, 2017, the Oblizbirkom registered Dmitry Ionin as a candidate for governor. He was nominated by the Fair Russia party. He submitted 132 signatures in his support, all of which the experts of the regional election committee recognized as reliable. Ionin's candidacy was supported by deputies of the representative bodies of municipal districts and urban districts of 57 municipalities.

On August 14, 2017, the first televised debates of candidates for the post of head of the Sverdlovsk region took place. In his speech, Ionin touched upon the topic of housing and communal services, saying that during his work he had obtained from management companies recalculations of utility bills for 270 million rubles.

Dmitry Ionin took third place in the election of the governor of the Sverdlovsk region. The candidate received 114,935 votes (9.06%).

Member of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation

At a meeting on October 13, 2017, the State Duma adopted a resolution on the early resignation of the deputy powers of Alexander Burkov, a member of the Fair Russia party appointed on October 9, 2017 by the Acting Governor of the Omsk Region. In October, the Presidium of the Central Council of the Fair Russia party recommended that the CEC of the Russian Federation transfer the mandate of deputy Alexander Burkov to Dmitry Ionin. On October 27, 2017, Ionin wrote a statement on the resignation of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly. Elected Secretary of the Bureau of the Council of the regional branch of the Fair Russia party in the Sverdlovsk region.

On November 1, 2017, by decision of the CEC of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Ionin became a deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation of the VII convocation as part of the federal list of candidates nominated by the Fair Russia political party. October 18, 2021 took the post of deputy governor of the Sverdlovsk region.
