Biography

From 2014 to 2019 worked in Central Research Institute Elektronika.

In 2019 passed to work into the Ministry of Industry and Trade to a position of the deputy head of department of the radio-electronic industry. On this post he continued to supervise activity of central research institute.

Detention

On September 11, 2020 the deputy head of department of the radio-electronic industry of Minpromtorg Anton Isaev was delayed on suspicion of fraud, Interfax reported^[1]. In the ministry this information confirmed^[2].

Concerning Isaev criminal case under the Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "fraud" is brought. It is delayed, - the interlocutor told the agency.

Isaev is suspected of the organization of fraudulent schemes of plunder of money when he was one of heads of Central Research Institute Elektronika. According to the source, the day before, on September 10, in an office office of Isaev in Minpromtorg and in premises of Central Research Institute Elektronika there passed searches.

According to the investigation, the official who was earlier occupying one of the leading posts in Central Research Institute Elektronika signed dummy agreements with phony companies through which he displaid budgetary funds, told a source. He did not specify the amount which plunder is imputed to Isaev.

In Minpromtorg also reported to Interfax that for Isaev the measure of restraint is chosen.

During investigation verification the ministry announced damage to the state caused by actions of Akvaservice LLC earlier and now continues to render the investigation necessary assistance, - told the agency in the ministry.
