Biography
Oleg Isaev was born on July 8, 1969 in Novokubansk.
Education
During the period from 1987 to 1992 studied at Military institute of the Ministry of Defence Decorated with the Order of the Red Banner. Further served in bodies of military prosecutor's office, Federal Agency for Special Construction and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.
During the period from 2002 to 2004 was trained in the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation ("The public and municipal administration").
The doctor of jurisprudence (developed the system of measures for warning of the crimes connected with illegal establishment of control over assets and management of the enterprise).
Career
2007 – 2008 — the deputy CEO of Oboronimpeks LLC, headed the direction of investment into the industrial and defense enterprises.
2008 – 2009 — the First Deputy CEO of RT-Logisticheskiye sistemy LLC, Russian Technologies State Corporation affiliated enterprise.
In 2009 - 2010 worked in positions of the deputy CEO for control and security and the deputy CEO for security of MOESK, implementing the concept of security of the electric grid company.
2010 – 2012 — the First deputy and further the CEO of VO Tekhnopromexport.
Since 2012 is the CEO of JSC IDGC of Centre.[1]
