Biography

Isakov Sapar Dzhumakadyrovich was born on July 29, 1977 in the city of Frunze of the Kyrgyz SSR in family of employees.

The father is Isakov Dzhumakadyr was born on August 27, 1939 in the village of Kochkorka of Kochkorsky district of the Naryn region of the Kyrgyz SSR in family of the collective farmer. Long time the deputy of three convocations of the Osh regional council of People's Deputies worked at different party positions the Jalal-Abad and Osh regions of the Kyrgyz SSR. Since 2005 the merit pensioner.

Mother is Omurbayeva Nurgul Sagyndykovna born in 1954, worked as the English teacher at school.

In 1994 Sapar Isakov graduated from school gymnasium No. 16 of a name of 40 years of Kyrgyzstan in the city of Osh, in 1999 - the International University of Kyrgyzstan in International law.

Labor activity of the beginnings in 1999 the teacher at department of International law of the International University of Kyrgyzstan. From 2006 to 2012 teaches a conventional international law and negotiation process at department of International law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in combination.

2003: The beginning of work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan

In 2003 arrives on diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic. From 2003 to 2007 works as the attache, the 3rd secretary, the 2nd secretary and the head of department of bilateral cooperation of International legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2007: Work in Government Office of Kyrgyzstan

In April, 2007 by the order of the Prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic A.Sh. Atambayev it is appointed to the position of the head of department of the international cooperation of Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic. Since August, 2007 the head of department of external relations of Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

From October, 2009 to April, 2010 works as the head of service of communications of the Central Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic on development, investments and innovations.

In May, 2010 it is appointed the head of department of foreign policy of the Office of Provisional Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, in August of the same year headed department of foreign policy of Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On December 29, 2011 passes to work into Government Office of the Kyrgyz Republic as the head of department of foreign policy in the rank of the deputy manager of the device.

Since December, 2012 worked as the head of department of foreign policy in the rank of the deputy manager of the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, and then the First Deputy Chief of staff.

2017: From the chief of staff of the President in prime ministers

On March 1, 2017 the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic A.Sh. Atambayev it is appointed the Chief of staff of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On August 25, 2017 deputies Zhogorka Kenesh elected Sapar Isakov the prime minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2020: Arrest and release from the pre-trial detention center protesters after the parliamentary elections

Protests in Bishkek began in the morning on October 5, 2020 after last parliamentary elections. By the evening they developed into disorders. Against activists used lacrimogeneous gas, stun grenades and rubber bullets.

On the night of October 6 protesters  rushed  into the building of the White House. Then the crowd went to  the pre-trial detention center  of GKNB and released from the insulator of the ex-president of the republic  Almazbek Atambayev and also the former prime minister of Kyrgyzstan Sapar Isakov.

Family

For 2018 he is married, brings up four daughters.
