For more than 16 years he held senior positions at nuclear industry enterprises: Atomstroyexport, AESK, Atomenergoproekt, Atomenergomash.
In 2018, Ivonin headed the Information Technology Directorate of the GKNPC named after M.V. Khrunichev (part of Roscosmos).
2020: Deputy General Director for Development of IT NPO Energomash
Mikhail Ivonin was appointed Deputy General Director for the Development of Information Technologies of NPO Energomash (Roscosmos enterprise) on July 21, 2020. This was reported in the state corporation on July 24, 2020. Denis Savenkov, who previously held this position, became the head of the unified industry IT integrator RK-Zyfra Roscosmos, formed at the end of May 2020.
NPO Energomash is the main supplier of rocket engines for Russian and foreign-made launch vehicles. As Energomash reported in February 2020, one of the largest current projects of the enterprise is the creation of its digital model, and then the integrated structure of the rocket engine building[1]According to NPO Energomash, the main stages of this project as of February 2020 have been completed.
Energomash will switch to a digital model in 2020. It assumes that design or production tasks consist of an integrated sequence of necessary digital actions, which connects departments and employees involved in a particular process. The work of all processes, starting with the preparation of design documentation, development and writing of technical processes, and then production, procurement, recruitment, salary payments, accounting, and ending with any auxiliary processes, takes place on a single information platform.
The key systems of the project that bring together the Energomash digital model are ERP and PLM (Automated PLM) systems.
A single digital ecosystem will be closed by the introduction of ERP and PLM, as well as all related systems: Landocs (EDMS platforms), project management, internal portal, intelligent search. To date, we have almost everything ready, it remains only to eliminate small "roughness." The most important thing is that we need to change the attitude towards innovations among people. Many see the processes in their own way and are used to working as they think better. First of all, it is necessary to change the mentality of workers, - Denis Savenkov noted in February. |
The PLM implementation process, in particular, has been ongoing since 2016 and consists of eight stages. This system should be fully operational in August 2020.
