Education

In 1992 graduated from the Dagestan state technical university, having received specialty the systems engineer in the direction management in information systems.

In 2012-2014 it was disaccustomed in Higher School of Economics, having been entitled the master of bank management.

Career

In 2001-2003 worked as the 1C programmer in 4dk company, in 2003-2004 - the leading programmer in Bonanza-electronics, in 2004-2006 - the chief programmer - the architect of databases in Interradiopribor where participated in creation of a corporate information system for the service center based on Oracle.

In 2006 headed IT management in "Agency on return of debts" in which faced 1C again and, in particular, directed the project on development and deployment of an information system based on 1C 8.1. In Kakhrumanov's agency worked till February, 2013.

In April - September, 2013 was a senior manager of IT projects in Rosbank where was engaged in project management of development of information systems, customer interaction, suppliers and contractors.

In October, 2013 held a post of the director of development of a corporate information system of "The Siberian generation company". In particular, on this post till July, 2015 managed a portfolio of the corresponding projects and defined the strategy of development for a corporate information system.

In July, 2015 passed into the Central Bank of Russia where was given appointment to the post of the director of the center of development of department of information technologies. In October, 2017 there was an acting director of the department of information technologies, having released from this duty Maxim Tyshchenko.

The direct head Kakhrumanova in the Central Bank is the first deputy chairman of bank board Olga Skorobogatova who was earlier also working as the deputy chairman and the IT curator in Rosbank.
