Biography

The ASSR was born on April 9, 1959 in the village of Chamalgan of Kaskelensky district of the Almaty region Kazakh.

1977: Service in AF

From April, 1977 to 1979 underwent compulsory military service.

1984: Work in committees of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League and the CPSU

From 1984 to 1990 worked in district committees of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League and the CPSU of Kuibyshev (since 1991 - Samara).

1989: Kuibyshev state university

In 1989 graduated from law department of the Kuibyshev state university (since 2016 - the Samara national research university of a name of the academician S.P. Korolyov (The Samara university)) in Jurisprudence, the lawyer.

1990: Service in bodies of prosecutor's office

Since 1990 - on service in bodies of prosecutor's office. 1990 - 1992 - the trainee, the investigator, the senior investigator of prosecutor's office of Kirovsky district of Kuibyshev (Samara), the senior investigator of an investigative part of prosecutor's office of the Samara region.

In 1992 - 1998 - the prosecutor of department of the general supervision of prosecutor's office of the Samara region, the deputy prosecutor, the prosecutor of Kirovsky district of Samara.

In 1997 - 2004 worked as the prosecutor of Samara, the first deputy prosecutor of the Samara region.

During the period from 2004 to 2007 - the prosecutor of the Republic of Ingushetia.

2007: Administration of the Samara region

From 2007 to 2012 headed Control department of government office of the Samara region, then the Governor of the Samara region.

In 2012 - 2015 - the adviser to the Governor of the Samara region.

2015: Rosprirodnadzor across the Samara region

In 2015 - 2019 - the chief of the department of Federal Nature Management Supervision Service (Rosprirodnadzor) across the Samara region.

2019: Head of the Republic of Ingushetia

June 26, 2019. The decree Russian President V.V. Putin it is appointed the acting as the Head Republics of Ingushetia.

On September 8, 2019 it is elected the Head of the Republic of Ingushetia according to the results of a ballot at the 58th emergency meeting of People's Assembly of the Republic of Ingushetia.
