Biography
Born in 1981 in Moscow.
In 1998 he graduated from one of the best physics and mathematics schools in Moscow No. 444, then entered Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov at the Faculty of Computational Mathematics and Cybernetics, which he graduated with honors in 2003.
In the same year he joined the team of Pavel Cherkashin for the development of one of the first CRM integrators in Russia, Sputnik Labs. He went from a developer and a systems business analyst to a project manager, oversaw the development of an internal methodology. Since 2006, he worked as an independent consultant on the implementation and adaptation of CRM systems.
In 2008, together with his partner, he founded Siblion, a company specializing in the implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM solutions. He was responsible for the development of business and project teams, for the development of employee training and project management techniques.
Pavel acted as the scientific editor of the Russian translation of the book on checking business ideas "Will it fly? How to find out if your business idea has wings before you jump "| McKnight Thomas K., as well as as a team of authors, took part in writing a textbook on entrepreneurship in modern technological economics for 10-11 classes[1]
In 2018, he sold his stake in Siblion and focused on the development of Nobilis.Team, a systems integrator and consulting partner in the field of CRM and Customer Experience. Pavel is also a co-founder of the Yuzdesk platform.
For more than 15 years, a successful team has been created in the field of CRM projects and consulting, and Nobilis.Team practice is considered one of the strongest in the market for the implementation and adaptation of CRM and Customer Experience.
Personal participation in more than 50 projects to deploy CRM solutions in financial, production companies, and network retailers.
In addition, Pavel advises novice IT entrepreneurs and accompanies technology startups. In 2016, he acted as a mentor and co-investor of the omnichannel customer support platform UseDesk. Currently, the service is successfully developing. In parallel, Pavel oversees several more teams to create innovative services.
