In 2012, she worked as a methodologist at the Republican Medical Information and Analytical Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.
In 2012, she returned to the "Central District Polyclinic" of the Abazinsky Municipal District as a therapist.
In 2019, she was appointed Deputy Minister of Health of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.

September 28, 2023 appointed to the post of Acting Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.
2024: Appointment as Minister of Health of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic
In mid-June 2024, Dinara Kamurzaeva was appointed the new Minister of Health of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (KCR). She replaced Kazim Shamanov, who headed the regional department since 2015.
The reasons for Shamanov's resignation are not officially reported. According to the head of the KCR Rashid Temrezov, Dinara Kamurzaev "will continue all the positive trends that the previous minister implemented."
A professional doctor who worked for many years in healthcare institutions of the republic, then as Deputy Minister of Health of the KCR, Dinara Magomedovna has extensive experience and deep knowledge both in medicine and in the health care organization system as a whole. On March 14, 2024, Dinara Kamurzaeva was appointed Minister of Labor and Social Development of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic.[1]
