Biography
Was born in 1971.
In the 1993rd graduated from faculty "Automated control systems" of the Moscow Mining University as a systems engineer.
Gazprom started the career in quality of the software engineer of department of an ACS, having worked in this position within a year.
From 1998 to 2004 was engaged in consulting activity in the companies SAP, Price Waterhouse Coopers and Accenture.
From the 2004th worked in Nestle Russia company, holding positions of the manager on integration of processes and business applications, then the head of one of departments of department of GLOBE.
From 2006 to October, 2008 took a position of the director of department of information systems and technologies (CIO) of the Russian office "Nestle Russia".
In 2008-2012 worked as the deputy CEO for IT in OGK-4 (E.ON).
From June, 2012 to July, 2020 there was CIO of Transneft.
Technical director of OTEKO
On October 9, 2020 TAdviser knew of Oleg Kapitulov's appointment the technical director (CTO) of "The consolidated transport-forwarding company" (OTEKO). Kapitulov told the edition about it, in OTEKO its appointment was confirmed, but refused any comments.
OTEKO is based by the Russian-Belgian billionaire Michel Litvak. In April, 2019 he obtained the Russian citizenship[1], and in May, 2020 headed the company.
OTEKO is the diversified holding operating in the Russian transport market. The company invests in port infrastructure in the south of Russia and develops stevedoring business in such direction as transfer of bulk cargoes, grain crops, large-size and heavy loads and also oil products and liquefied petroleum gases.
The company implements the main projects in seaport "Taman". It is located in the settlement the Wave, near the village of Taman of the Temryuk district of Krasnodar Krai. The seaport conducts activities for transfer of different loads for export. The port has constructed and terminals under construction for transfer:
- oil and oil products;
- liquefied petroleum gases;
- coal;
- gland;
- products from steel;
- grains, ammonia, fertilizers, sulfur, container loads.
Among the OTEKO main tamansky projects there is, in particular, following:
- The port and industrial park consisting of the knowledge-intensive productions, transshipment complexes and the new residential area with the accompanying infrastructure;
- Terminal of bulk cargoes;
- Transshipment facility of oil, oil products and liquefied petroleum gases;
- Grain terminal;
- The terminal on transfer of iron ore raw materials, iron and other loads.
The OTEKO port and industrial park in 2019 was visited by the president Vladimir Putin.
The total amount of investments of OTEKO in Tamansky port until the end of 2021 will be about $8 billion[2].
