Pavel Karaulov was born in 1966 in Moscow.
In 1988 graduated from Moscow State University, geological faculty, in parallel gained the diploma at faculty of foreign languages. After MSU entered Academy of Sciences. Was engaged in consultation of the foreign oil companies. Also studied at Arthur D business school. Little School of Management (Boston, the USA) according to MBA program (1999).
Long time worked in several foreign firms, in particular in representative office of Xerox, then in the USA as the marketing director of Scully Systems Inc.
Upon return to Russia worked in Renaissance Capital, based the direction of Internet banking. Then worked as the commercial director in Fronstep companies of the CIS (control automation by industrial enterprises) and I2 CIS (supply chain management - SCM).
In 1997 created Divizion Group, was a co-owner, the CEO and the managing partner. At the end of 2006 shops of the company worked in 250 cities (more than 1 thousand salons), but then the quantity them began to be reduced. Divizion operating mainly on a franchize promptly lost the partners. In 2009 the company was engaged in debt restructuring, and then at all imperceptibly disappeared from the market.
Later worked in KOG SNG Group.
Since July 1, 2011 after Vladimir Gaykovich left Informzashita Pavel Karaulov was appointed the CEO of Informzashita Group. About Karaulov in Informzashita said that he was directed from Lanita for audit. But worked out some months[1].
