Kartasheva Elena Olegovna
Biography
She graduated from the medical faculty of the First Moscow State Medical University named after I.M. Sechenov. He has a Ph.D. in medicine in the specialization "oncology."
She worked in various management positions in sales, marketing and leadership of business divisions at Sanofi, Novartis Group, Pliva (TEVA).
Later, for three years, Elena Kartasheva led the Russian representative office of Meda Pharmaceuticals, managing an extensive product portfolio in market segments such as prescription, hospital and over-the-counter drugs.
Since July 1, 2014, she headed Abbott in Russia. She replaced Leonid Parshenkov, who took the post of regional director for African countries of the Division of Abbott recognized on the market for drugs. Elena is responsible for the development of the business of the division of Abbott recognized in the drug market in Russia, including the expansion of the company's product portfolio.
In September 2019, Elena Kartasheva was appointed president of Takeda Russia.
