Biography

Vladimir was born on December 31, 1974 in the city of Klintsy of the Bryansk region. Lives in the city of Vladimir.

In 1998 graduated from law department of the Vladimir state pedagogical university.

In 2001 graduated from the Vladimir branch of the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation in the specialty: public and municipal administration.

In 2005 completed the correspondence postgraduate studies at the Russian academy of public service under the President of the Russian Federation. Candidate of Law Sciences. Thesis: "Technical and legal quality of laws of the subjects of the Russian Federation".

From 1998 to 2000 worked as the legal adviser in Opolye-Vladimir Ltd.

From 2000 to 2002 worked as the general counsel of management of an orgrabota and civil service of administration of the Vladimir region.

From 2002 to 2003 worked as the Chairman of the Committee for youth of city administration of Vladimir.

From 2003 to 2011 worked as the Chairman of the Committee on the youth policy of administration of the Vladimir region.

From 2011 to 2014 worked as the director of Legal institute of the Vladimir state university.

Since 2014 it is employed by the director of the Vladimir branch of the Russian Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.

For August 11, 2015 Vyacheslav Yuryevich Kartukhin works as the director of the RANEPA Vladimir branch. Valid state councilor 3 classes.

Politics

It is put forward in Legislative Assembly of the Vladimir region of the sixth convocation by the Vladimir regional department of the United Russia Party. It is chosen on single-candidate constituency No. 6 (The Suzdal and Kameshkovsky districts).
